Foremost Golf adds Bidfood foodservice option

Foremost Golf has introduced a new food and beverage supply service for its members through a partnership with foodservice supplier Bidfood.

The service gives PGA Professionals access to a dedicated Foremost/Bidfood Direct online shop, offering a range of food, beverage and catering products with delivery direct to participating golf clubs.

Foremost says the service is intended to simplify purchasing and reduce the time involved in sourcing food and beverage supplies. Members will be able to order from Bidfood’s wider portfolio of more than 10,000 products.

Bidfood supplies foodservice customers across the UK through a network of 25 depots, supported by regional account managers. The company says its product range is reviewed in response to changing consumer preferences and food and drink trends.

The new service also links with other Foremost Golf business systems. Members using its Central Invoicing & Payment system can consolidate supplier invoices, while those using Foremost POS can have products booked directly into their retail system to assist with stock management.
