The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world-class private members club, with clubhouses in London and Epsom, providing accommodation, dining, sports and leisure facilities for members and guests.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at our Fountain Brasserie based at our stunning Woodcote Park clubhouse. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring an outstanding and unforgettable dining experience for our members. The Fountain Brasserie operates 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, manage, and develop the team to consistently achieve high performance and service standards.
  • Ensure every member enjoys an outstanding and memorable dining experience.
  • Prepare staff rotas and monitor weekly records of attendance and hours worked to ensure appropriate levels of staff are on duty.
  • Oversee cost control, stock management and end-of-shift financial procedures.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to health, safety, hygiene, and fire regulations, always ensuring full compliance.
  • Actively support initiatives aimed at reducing the Club’s environmental impact.
